2013 ricochet is hardy and dense, inky dark and purple in color that offers a hint of black pepper, blackberry, blueberry, spice, with lots of fruit.  This wine really pairs perfectly with a wide variety of big dishes. Meats, stews, braised and grilled meats are an excellent food and wine match for ricochet.
