TASTING NOTES:

The Bardessono Vineyards 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is made from organically farmed grapes. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks then around 10- 8 brix or percent sugar the fermenting juice is transferred to neutral French oak barrels. Sur lees is performed weekly until the fermentation is complete.  While tasting this wine you will find that it has hints of lemon-grass and gooseberry with a suggestion of passion fruit, melon, lime and grapefruit. Floral aromas, crisp and dry this wine has only 13.2 % alcohol and is reminiscent of the best Sauvignon Blanc from the Yountville  and Napa Valley Appellation.  Drink this wine on its own or with oysters, sea food, or your favorite pizza!!
